Every multi-day ski pass (2 or more days) can be changed for a 1-day Aqua Ticket valid in the water parks of Tatralandia, Bešeňová or Aquacity Poprad, but only if it is not used in a ski resort on the given day. If a multi-day ski pass is used for skiing, it cannot serve as a water park ticket on the same day. Every multi-day ski pass is valid either for skiing or in a water park on one and the same day. To use a multi-day ski pass in any of the water parks, one needs to have their plastic Gopass card topped up with the multi-day ski pass or a plastic key card purchased at a ticket office in our resorts and topped up with their multi-day ski pass. Digital Gopass cards or temporary cards attached to emails are not accepted at water park ticket offices. To have a plastic key card or a Gopass card issued, please visit any of our client centres.
