The tower has a unique appearance not only due to its airy architectural form but also because of its barrier-free access, type and method of construction. TATRAS TOWER is a sophisticatedly built structure 53 metres high, which makes it one of the highest towers in Europe and undoubtedly the highest one with an entrance at an altitude of 1,367 metres above sea level. The tower has the shape of an inclined hyperboloid. The outer load-bearing shell of the tower consists of 24 steel columns wound in two directions. The tower is inclined at 15°. The walkway is of wood, and the path at the top of the tower ends with a viewing platform with a net. The farthest edge of the platform is made of glass.
Slide
A 61-metre-long dry slide with a 30° tube angle and a diameter of 0.95 metres can be part of your adventure and used to shorten your way down while enjoying a proper adrenaline rush. The slide is not open if the outside temperature is below 5°C. It is not included in the tower admission fee and an extra ticket is required.
Net
At the TATRAS TOWER of dreams, there is also a net that offers a truly adrenaline-filled experience. It has an area of 25.3 square metres, a diameter of 5.8 metres and it is located 43 metres above the ground, which will probably be enjoyed only by the bravest souls.
